You will not be able to see your course listed in the Blackboard "My Courses" list until 2 weeks prior to the start date of the course. (The start date of the course may be different than the first day of the semester date.)
However, your instructor may choose to not release course materials and tools until the first day of the course.
If your class is not an online course, you may still see a link for the course. But please be aware that not all instructors use Blackboard. Please see the information below if you are receiving the message, "There is no content associated with this coruse."

When I click into a course, why do I receive this error message: "There is no content associated with this course."?
This message means that your instructor has not added any course content into Blackboard Vista. Check with your instructor to see if they are using Blackboard Vista for the course.

How do I remove old courses from the Course List on the My Blackboard tab?
Although you can't "remove" a course, you can "hide" it. After you are logged in to Blackboard, locate the "My Courses" list. Click on the "pencil" icon next to the "My Courses". Click "Hide Link" next to the courses you want to hide from your list.
